Model 00995 auto start problem

Gen engine starts when placed in auto position also does not leave standby when utility power is restored

Going to need some more info on the unit...

I've never heard of that model. Do you have a serial number for it?

The Generac Gen's serial no is 3212116. It is several years old.

Ahh, this is an old propane Sprint 1.5L unit. Model is 00995. I have almost the same unit at my house but it's NG powered.

I would guess that the unit is not seeing utility sensing voltage on the N1 and N2 wires. I'd start there.
