missing cam pulse code

I am working on a centurion/generac that has a fault of missing cam pulse and ocassional speed sensor loss.its a 2013 30kw.
generator model-n/a is what tag has.
serial number-8470256 oly00000
engine is a chery 1.5 ltr.it has cam sensor in valve cover on rear of head.
does anyone know what the ohms should be on this sensor.i am reading 5.3mili ohms pin to pin.

There is a full section on testing the 1.5L camshaft sensor which includes a chart and diode testing procedure and also the mag pickup system for that unit in the diagnostic manual for Nexus and Evolution Liquid Cooled units.
