The Quiet Series 36kw Generac has 162 hours.

Once the motor warms up it begins to rev up and down repeatedly and continuously.

I read that it might be the brushes??

I'd ask what the fuel system was like, but it's not installed anymore?

Has it ever run properly. Im wondering if you have a proper 2nd pressure regulator. That unit uses something like 730,000 btu and ive seen them set up with wrong regulators.

I bought it used.. but its done it since I've hooked it up.
Here is photos of the setup. It goes from like a 2inch line that T's off to the house and to the generator. Then the generator has an expansion tube to build up more pressure as the photos shows.

If you upload the video to YouTube, you can just copy/paste the link here and it will embed it

Are you sure the unit was configured properly for LP gas and it's not set for natural gas?

That sounds absolutely awful!

It almost sounds like there is a bad fan shaft bearing or something too?

I would confirm that the fuel was converted properly... It's normally an orifice change in the fuel regulator and a programming change in the controller. If you post the serial number, I can get you the fuel conversion section of the owner's manual.
