How to remove the wire harness plugs J1 and J2 from the Nexus Liquid Cooled Controller 30 kw

How do you remove the J1 and J2 plugs from the back of the controller? Do you push those tabs in or with a flat Screwdriver pull them out, etc? I don't won't to force them the wrong way and break the tabs. I've taken a pic and attached it to this post. Thanks

I may have a bad controller and need to replace. That's what I'm asking.

There is a small plastic latch on the other side not shown here. GENTLY lift it with a small flat head and remove the Ampseal connector.

Perfect Thanks! Found out the controller was good, it was the mag pickup sensor i had to replace! But still thanks anyways
