Runs fine without load... then when load kicks in I have to adjust throttle to run good under load... once load off have to adjust again to run good while idle. Ohms low on one of the wires to stepper.

If the stepper motor isn't adjusting the mixer at all, sounds like the stepper is dead or the controller.

The stepper should have about 10-11 ohms or so on each wire to the red wire. If not, that's a pretty good sign it has a dead coil inside.

If you have the serial number, I can get you the correct mixer assembly if you need it.

The mixer for that unit can be seen here: https://shop.gentekpower.com/products/g ... air-cooled

Do you need just the mixer, or are you look for the stepper motor?

When replacing the mixer, does the new unit need to be programmed at all or just plug it in and go?
