Has anyone used the new warranty forms for the evolution controllers. This is what the forms look like.

You fill them out to the best of your ability. If it’s possible to get run hours out of it you fill it in. If it’s totally dead, they’ll figure it out when they test it. Most, if not all of mine have been unrelated to the book, display is gone, 23 doesn’t get grounded. 56 doesn’t activate, things like that. I’ve never not gotten paid. I fill it out with as much detail as possible and they’ve confirmed it when they test it. I take pics of the hours, data tag, and any relevant history and do the paperwork for this stuff when I get home. Especially when the weather is lousy, document quickly make the fix and move on to the next job.

Some of the problem I think is I can’t open an account with Generac because I’m not a dealer. I’m getting second hand info. I do occasionally get on the sight. Basicly you I’m the one who has all the licenses an credentials . I’m not interested in becoming a dealer. I’m 62 and looking at retiring some kind of way. I’m starting to think Generac can needlessly design some of their control systems. I’m starting to consider only installing Briggs for own installs. I am a dealer with Briggs. Both engines have the same quality. Vanguard commercial engine has a good name and been around a long time. The new P.P. Series with the new GC10 controllers I think is going to be a winner. They also have factories in Alabama which makes me feel better being from Louisiana. I think there attention to the generator business is going to provide growth in the right direction. There back on the NYSE. Biggest problem is finding parts to build them. Will it ever get better?

I've edited your post and removed the images. If you notice at the bottom it says 'confidential'...
