I use the inspect battery warning as time for annual maintenance. Most customers are on top of this and aware. I let them know this is how it works and I date the oil filters and label the current run time so I can check it next year for usage.

I place maint stickers i got thru generac on my service units. Dates, run hours, what was done. Also has my name and phone number
