Did you just replace the control panel in this unit?
There is a specific sequence you need to reconnect the harnesses in. Basically you need to power down the controller and restart it. DO NOT remove any harnesses other than the T1 harness and battery power during that procedure.
This message happens when the controller is powered on without the harness resistor in place.

It also happens if you install the wrong series of controllers….like an evolution 1 controller on a evolution 2 machine.
