Won't start as scheduled

I noticed about 2 weeks ago that my 6 year old generac was not starting on its scheduled time. We replaced the battery. Now if u start it manually it will run for about 5 seconds then shut off. The lights green , red, and yellow all turn in and off at different times. Right now the light is green but who knows if it will start. How do u change the startup time
