I have purchased GenLink from Generac and have a Tech ID The CD's that i have when i tried to load them on my laptop
it say's files missing and i can't get any support from Generac any ideas ?

I don't believe that GenLink has been on a CD in quite some time!

If you have a Tech ID and security dongle (you'll need that to do anything), then just download it from GenService...
