Welcome new members and past connections!

This forum was created out of a need for a more updated community, one with a clean and sleek look, as well as a place for ALL generator manufacturers to be discussed. Please feel free to look around, post your questions, answer other's questions or just generally enjoy reading through the posts.

I encourage everyone to sign up. It takes just a few seconds and is completely FREE! Being able to log into the site will allow all of the features, such as the PM system for contacting myself or others directly, to be used. As the site grows, more and more information will be available for everyone's benefit. This is a place for homeowners and dealers alike to troubleshoot and repair their generators and equipment.

As I'm sure a lot of you have seen me around on another site, this will be my new home from here on out. Gentek Power is a local business here in Michigan that I have started and will hopefully continue to help people from all over the world with their generator problems. Most of my knowledge is with the Generac products, but as time goes on, I'm sure people from all walks of the generator world will provide their knowledge as well...

Enjoy the new platform!

Hey Charlie,

If you want to start a new topic in the Generac Air Cooled section, just copy/paste the body of this message to the new topic.

If the rotor shows open, you'll need to find out why and do some tearing down to get to the slip rings and find out why.
