I have change the throttle body assembly and fuel solenoid but still rpm not stable plus I got back fire every time I start the engine and the power out is going up and down it produce 200v only with full throttle adjustment any feed back will be appreciated thanks

can you post some info about the gen? Serial and model and maybe even a picture?

It looks like one of the early Briggs units when they went on their own. V-twin Briggs engine horizontal direct coupled to what I think is a Mecc Alte gen and a crude control panel and a mechanical governor.

First question is always: how many hours on it and how many since last valve adjustment?

The running hours Its about 260 hrs.. no idea if how long since the last valve adjustment done no records shows on the history the engine is so old 10yrs old or more my best estimate.

Do the valve adjustment first. Get a set of gaskets, they will probably tear. If it is the one I think, you will need 3 gaskets per head, one for the perimeter and one for each hold down bolt that looks like a paper washer.

You will have to go by the type of engine you have. Look for model, type, and code. Then find a manual for that engine by those numbers. There are several engines it could be.
