Model: 0058751
Serial: 6815110
Controller Part: 0H6680D

Starting from beginning my generator was running fine and battery went out. I was in a hurry to get back on electric so I could sign back into work and was not thinking. I did not disconnect battery from unit and hooked up the charger. It work ok for that one time and after generator turned off it had fried the controller (even replaced battery with new one). I had a generator service come out to service the generator and they came out with same results that I needed a new controller. I paid them $1600 but they ran into some financial/legal issues and was unable to finish the job. I went ahead and paid $500+ to order one my self and installed it. Electrical work is not my strong thing but I was still lucky enough to find a couple wires that service company never reconnected back after doing their diagnostics. After I connected those wire the unit started fine. After waiting for test cycle a week later the control panel showed no power to it. I took battery off and trickle charged it that night (did not seem like it really needed it but did it anyway). I hooked up the battery again to generator and everything came up fine but gave me error to inspect battery. After a few days it did the same thing again, it show no power to controller. I replaced battery again thinking maybe I shorted it hooking it up. The new battery did the same thing with same message inspect battery and after a few day controller shows no power to it. Is there another wire I could be missing or something that is causing the battery not be getting charged?

You need to verify you have 120vac on the T1 wire at the termination point on generator. Thats the starting point. The T1 provides the power to controller, and the controller supplies battery charging.

Sorry for so late of response I thought it would notify me with email but it did not. The T1 wire was showing 0 volts so I went to transfer switch and it looks like the F3 fuse is bad. Right side of fuse shows 120v but left side of fuse shows 0v. I attached picture of fuses in transfer switch. Do you know part # to this fuse so I can order new one to verify it fixes problem?
