Greetings.

Hopeful to receive good help on replacement parts for my Honeywell / Generac 17kw standby natural gas generator, please.

Serial Number: 7946789
Model Number: 0062600

Need:

FUEL REGULATOR PRESSURE STABILIZER

and

EXTERNAL FUEL REGULATOR

Why?

When generator running, exhaust smells very heavily of natural gas odor.

Assessed pressures at two check valves inside generator and saw fluctuations in reading on top though lower stable at 3.5. The generator starts easily and operates. Just that very heavy ng odor in exhaust while running.

External regulator currently in place is maxitrol.

Thanks in advance for any help.

This is the fuel regulator I show for that unit: https://shop.gentekpower.com/products/g ... lizer-tank

The external regulator would be something that you'd have to source. Usually Sensus, NorGas, Reggo are desired.

The old Maxitrol outside regulator has this number on a label affixed to it.

Z21.80/CSA6.22

Would you recommend a replacement make and model available from your online store, please?

Thank you.

Sorry. Please disregard my last post. I see from your initial response that you are unable to source that. Thanks again.
