Please point me in the right direction. I have a Generac q-55g generator on my rv. Rv has been known to blow gcfi outlets, so I am guessing there is an ac leak somehwere. I am putting that out there just in case it is related.

My generator died multiple times due to a crack in the fuel hose. I fixed that, starts and runs fine but no AC power output since then. I am checking outputs at the source (thick black and red wires coming out of the generator). The voltage regulator light is on constantly. I am wondering if the generator has additional wiring, to the rig/rv or some kind of ground fault that could cause this? Please point me in the right direction? Thanks!

If the AVR LED is lit, then it's making at least SOME power somewhere...

I would check at the stator wiring side of the breaker on the unit and see what you have there. Could be a faulty breaker
