i have a Generac GP17500E item number 0057350 sn 5298812, engine model oh0684, sn 827630609042. it was given to me running rough, so i started it and checked the output voltage and Hz, they were fine. Then changed oil, filter, air filter, fuel, fuel lines, fuel filter and spark plugs, now the unit wont run without using card cleaner. Fuel pump works great, checked compression-ok, checked valves-ok. Still cannot get this running. it ran before i cleaned it up, now nothing

What spark plugs did you install and at what gap?

Have to eliminate the missing link here. Fuel, air, or spark...

i am using champiom RC14yc4 gapped at .030. found the fuel shutoff selenoid rusted tight, got that working and it starts, but only runs fully choked at slow speeds. Pulled the carb and the float valve stuck in the seat. So it looks like i need to rebuild or replace the carb. The carb number is 32cng21, is there a rebuild kit for this carb? or do i need to buy a new one? Thanks

The carb that came on it is obsolete now and was replaced by the one shown here: https://shop.gentekpower.com/products/g ... generators

I don't see a rebuild kit available for either.
