I have a two wire start signal on the olympian 25 kw. i has to complete a dc ground to start and be held to stay running. the new generac 200 amp single phase has three terminals. dc pos and ground and then a terminal 23 that takes a ground signal from a gen control to actuate the transfer relay. I was thinking of adding timed relays to allow for spooling up of gen and transfer back to utility before the gen is shut off. any ideas or possible kit from generac that may be available? thanks

It sounds like you have a transfer switch for a standard 2-wire generator and you have replaced it with a new Generac generator?

The Generac generator can work with the existing 2-wire switch, if that is what you have.

Reading it again, you're probably right.
