No MAC address or SSID sticker
24kw Generac serial #3011905912 My new unit did not come with the sticker that lists the MAC address and SSID. I called Generac and they gave me the code to allow the generator to start. They said the MAC and SSID could not be found. In trying to setup the WiFi, I find that information is required. ...

Grsthegreat, thank you so much. I added a regulator and it starts fine. I had spoken with Generac twice and at no time was an additional regulator mentioned. The gas company and the county building department signed off on the installation with out the additional regulator. Again, my sincere thanks....

Isn't there a regulator inside the Generac? Perhaps I was on the wrong test port. There are two ports, an upper and lower. The upper port was used for the measurement.

Testing NG Regulator
NG, 25 feet of 1" black pipe then 3/4" flex.

Error code 1100.
Reading on the top regulator test port is about 55" in/water/column. The same as main gas line. Testing was done by a hired HVAC tech. I have multimeter and hand tools. Thanks.
